Hello, I got married in 2021 on a mosque without taking any dowry,nsince my childhood I am living in Pune however I have one family property in Bihar and my wife's brother ask me to transfer that property on his name and denied then my wife and their families file a case against me for 498A, in Bihar.Police is asking me to surrender, can you please help me what legal actions I can take against my wife and their families.Thank you

If they threatened you then it is the crystal clear matter of mental agony and harrasment by your wife and her family. Then you have to go with Safety hands and proofs if any. We have to prove Your facts in Front of the court with valid and reasonable proofs. If you have proofs then go for divorce on the ground of cruelty and illegal demands.

If the mentioned residential property is self acquired property of your father then he have all the legal ownership right. Transfer of property totally depends upon your father's will. In this senario you have to prove the mental ability conditions of father on the basis of his old age. But if he is sound mind and you are major then its hard to change his mind. Its depends upon you how you convey your truthful side and message to him. But if this property is ancestral property then no transfer will happened without your permission

wife is demanding gold given by wife's father to husband in mutual consent divorce. does gold given to husband belongs to wife as streedhan?

As a STRIDHAN it is responsibility of husband to return all golden and other ornaments. But if wife wilfully want that she herfelf release her right on it then no need to return any gold or anything else

It is possible if any terms and condition violate by your brother. The person who made gift deed without consideration but as a part of responsibility and beneficiary not perform his duties then by specific performance the gift deed able to challenge in the court
