I was married just 2 & half months ago,,my husband avoiding me

What can I do if my husband is avoiding me & not responding to my calls,,we both are hindu
as your husband is deserting you you can send a legal notice under section 9, for Restitution of Conjugal Rights and also you can file for maintenance in the court of law and further action will be depend upon the situation .

In case you wish to live with your husband you will have to file for restitution of conjugal rights. The court will direct your husband to come and live with you. In case he does not comply with the same it is ground for applying for divorce in future.
