I Have Filled DV Against My Husband And In-laws and the notice is also served by the protection officer, but my husband and in-laws are not coming in court, so what should I do?

You have filed DV case then it is expected that you already have an advocate. Once you already have an advocate then it is better for you to pose your queries directly to him. Anyways, once the notice is served then you'll have to convince the court to proceed exparte.

well in domestic violence case what form sending court notice you appeal for interim relief that is interim maintenance and once the interim maintenance is allowed you can you can apply for issuing distress warrant where police person distress warrant to your husband and ask to pay the money in court
