I have completed four years of my marriage but I stayed one month in my in laws house and after that I came back my home as I used to be beaten by husband and his family and frequently they demanded dowry also.It’s been more than 2 years now I am keeping unwell and I was not aware that my dad used filled my NIL itr. Hence in my court I my submitted that I don’t filled my itr as I am not working. But when I cross checked with my father then he accepted the facts. After knowing the facts I made apology letter along with my itr I submitted my itr in the court. Earlier my father used to bear my all expenses. Now my father passed away three months back and I need money for my treatment. But what should I do ? So that I can get maintenance.
If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then you can always file for divorce against him. You have got so many options. First of all you should file DV petition against your husband and your in laws and there is no limitation bar for you to file maintenance from your husband so you can ask for maintenance there is no issue in filling the maintenance case. That is the most fastest remedy you can achieve
