I have been mentally tortured , bullied and ragging is done with me

Hi, Sir I have been bullied at school , collage and at public places . Every day the person ragged me and touch my private parts , they also kick me , force me to do their work and harassing me . I need justice and wanted to make those behind the bars .
PLEASE SIR HELP ME.
Yout college must be having Anti-ragging committee and complaint section on their website as well as one teacher would be designated for it. You may complaint it there. you can also file FIR in local police.
