I got married 2.5 years back. I have a baby of 1month. From last 2 years my husband use to torture me physically and mentally. He always asked to leave my house. He said it's all my property and you are eating mine. Now also when we are having baby he says I don't have any right in any of his property. He says jis bed pe baithi ho wo tmhare baap ne nai di.and many more. He always use to torture me. I am working lady nd from last 2 month I left my job. Every time I used to have him money .but from last 2 month he didn't gave me a single penny. For everything I have to beg in front of him. My mother in law also says all is mine and you don't have any right on it.Always they use to torture me and says ask from your father for money. They also neither let me go to my parent home. They says only child is there own and I am not anyone for them.please suggest. Also he use slangs every time to me and my family.
your case is a fit case of domestic violence committed by husband and his family . provision under Indian Penal Code can be resorted and FIR may be filed against husband and his family besides this domestic violence case can be filed against husband and his family you can seek maintenance as well

as you have mentioned the things over here is very crual and bad in nature.as well as tour husband and mother inlaw is concern they and nit to be known as humans. in this type of matter you immidiately need to file a case against your husband and ur mother in law so they can get understand what the result of doing this much if cruality. against daughter in law. pls it humbly requested tht you should immidiately take steps to save urself and ur child

you can simply file a complaint under domestic violence act agaist you husband and in laws for constantly causing torture and court will issue restrain orders agaist them and in future if anything same will happen they will land up in jail. for better advice you need to personally come to my office with all the relevant documents.
