Husband threatening for divorce

My husband constantly kept threatening me from day one of our marriage for divorce..he used to share everything with his parents..which made feel sick and I was in depression twice and went for counselling...once I told him if he threatens me I ll kill myself...for which he with his father got a legal paper and forced me sign...the paper stated anything happens to me they won’t be responsible...and now he is forcing me for mutual divorce...what should I do ?

if you want divorce u accept it and you are not going to get the divorce you have to file the case against him and u can file the case against him and can get legal relief for the court u producing the court documents and u need to get the divorce you have to file the case against him and u can file the case maintenance case against him

If you are not interested to give divorce don't go for mutual divorce but he can file a divorce petition on cruelty ground on that time you can contest before court, these proceedings takes more than 2 to 3 years.
