Hello ma'am. I have perused your query. The situation your sister finds herself in is quite unfortunate. She can file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act wherein she can avail herself of a residence order, a protection order in addition to one for interim maintenance. She can also initiate proceedings under section 498A of the IPC. Please feel free to reach out to me in case you wish to discuss the matter in more detail.
sir it is the direction of supreme court that both husband and wife has the right to meet his/her children but custody of children depends on the merits of each and every case but if husband not allow the children to meet mother then mother should file proper application in appropriate court
