Hi my friend's husband and family members always used to fight with her and they also don't provide any money for house expenses. They have one call recording on which she was discussing something and by using that call recording in-law are used to black mail and she don't want divorce, so what to do?
you can file a case of maintenance under section 125 of CRPC and you can maintenance from your husband on monthly basis and ke is not ready stay with you we can also go for divorce and also you can claim property rights husband
