Hello, My friend's wife is having extramarrital affair. She is not living with him currently but threatens him if asked for divorce. Please help us to know how can he legally get separated without any issues
Without any issue can only be done if both the parties are agreeing on mutual divorce, otherwise you have only option left is to file for contested divorce on the ground/ allegations as required. For mutual divorce you can send a legal notice or can directly file the same.
