Can 340 be filed based on change in complaint in 498 and 125 crpc ...basic question...how can complaint/ incident change for same period...how can new incident be added without any evidence...can 340 be filed based on change in complaint at two court for same period of stay.

If there exists a contradictory statement in the very factum of the case arising from the same instance, then you can proceed with the perjury Application and the Court will consider you Application and dispose off your application accordingly.
