your mother have the right to file for divorce and ask for alimony in this situation. It is important to gather evidence of the repeated requests for dowry and domestic violence in order to strengthen your case. You can also file for a restraining order against your father to ensure your safety. Additionally, you can seek legal assistance and file for maintenance to support yourself. It is important to prioritize your safety and well-being, and seek justice for the injustice you have faced.
You can file a complaint under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code, which addresses matrimonial cruelty, including dowry harassment and domestic violence
. The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 also provides for protection orders, residence orders, and monetary relief
You can file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty under the Hindu Marriage Act or other relevant personal laws.
