Q: Legal document for security from drug addict husband.

QuerynMy husband is returning from Rehab for drug addiction . We have been married for 15 years and have an 11 year old son. I want to have some kind of security that my husband doesn’t repeat this again and if he does I have a legal document which I can get signed from him, that helps me in separation if required. Kindly assist.

Hello ma'am, you can keep all the documents of his drug addiction with yourself as proof. You can file a divorce case on the merits if he starts doing it again or get an affidavit signed by your husband. You can mention that if he does it again, he'll have to give you a divorce.

I bought a membership form a hotel chains on emi through my bank to get accommodation facility on vacations and now whenever I try to book rooms they make excuses of availability etc. What should I do? Every month money is getting deducted from my account. I just want my membership cancelled and money back.

Hello sir, you can approach consumer court for refund of your amount and we will address all the issues along with our petition and simultaneously we will file application along with the case for stay on the EMI amount

Q: Is presence of wife required for mutual consent divorce

If both parties agreed for mutual consent divorce, is presence of wife required for first motion, second motion and final hearing or all 3?nAnd how much time can pass through between second motion and final hearing?

A mutual consent takes 6 months and both parties have to be present. The parties have to appear twice, once on the first date and again on the last date. For further discussion you can contact me. In the meantime, if you want to waive off that period, we can file one application.
