i m a muslim my husband is not staying with me from past 10 months . we tried every possible way for reconciliation but he say yes in the meeting and again behave in the same manner .from the time i got married i m looking after all the expenses he is not contributing to anything .he had beating me and my father in law told him to beat me more .his family is putting false allegations on me.his father is not allowing me to enter in the matrimonial house and threatening me and my family with dire consequences.
Firstly do you still want to continue staying with him?? If not you can file Domestic Violence Case against all of them. Secondly if you dont want to be in that relationship at all then take Khula, but in Khula you cannot ask for anything from husband. another possibility of separation is Talaq E Mubarra which is a kind of mutual consent divorce.
