In dv filed by wife against husband and his parents...parents attendance in court is marked twice acc to order sheets .order sheets says in laws were physically present two times.aftet that neither parents if husband nor any lawyer feon there side represents the case.as they disowned the husband...dv act is inly fought by husband for himself only nit feom oarents side.but at the time of final arguments husband and his lawyers are saying his parents never been to court ..they have never attended tge court personally...ab court kya karega...
domestic violence case is is declared as in civil proceeding by supreme Court so there is no requirement of brothers of all the respondent at the time of hearing so you can manage even only the presence of advocate is required
