After Divorce On Cruelty, Husband To Pay Maintenance For False Cases

Is it required to pay maintenance to wife after receiving favour on divorce on cruelty to husband and also wife filed falsely various cases 498a, domestic violence, maintenance cases. Pls advise
until and unless court order is there stating to vaccate maintainance, you have to pay maintainance to her. so if frivolous Cases are filled against you and same can be established then you can go for stay on maintanance order.

Maintenance of wife is different issue then her false case filed against husband. Ghe fact is that you can cot leave your wife to ruin and in want of monitory support to sustain her life and meet her expenses to survive.
it is not clear in your statement that you are talking about which favour? Pl clear this point. court will also take same parameters to decide the maintenance cases againt you.

Maintenance is right of a woman which she can seek not only from her husband but from her in laws as well if husband is no more. In your case divorce case seems to be of contested nature, you can seek divorce on ground of cruelty but still certain amount or maintenance is required to be given to the wife
