What is the procedure to make a partnership agreement

i am planning to construct a new house of 2800sqft for rs 60.00 lakhs, along with 02 other partners.we have equal-1/3rd share each in 7 cents land.i will be paying a sum of rs 34.00 lakhs upfront and the other 02 partners would pay their share(rs 68.00 lakhs) through housing loan,in 10 years time. how to prepare a partnership agreement?do i have to get the agreement registered at sub-registrar office alappuzha?

getting the same a registered one is a hectic and money spending one. You should make an agreement since the land and the construction is proceeding on share basis. The agreement can be a notarized one and properly created to achieve all your needs. Do meet a civil lawyer of ur area. Dont go after local vendors.
