you need to lodge an FIR on the same and get hold of the FIR number and date and take the same to the registrar of assurance office and submit it over a form and paying appropriate charges as per their rules and you can obtain the same in 3 to 5 days.

As you have lost the IGR copy, this make you difficult to get the original registered deed. 1. File a GDE with the local P.S. , where you have lost the IGR. 2. Contact the concern registrar and he will guide you the rest.

Since you have lost original document you have to file FIR at nearby police station.after that you have to visit sub register office under which your property registered.there you will go with FIR copy.you will find scanned copy of your deed not duplicate copy.gathering that information you will publosh ad in newspaper.After ad you will wait for 2to4weeks.after that you will file affadavit .after filing affadavit you will visit your sub register office with all documents to gather duplicate copy of sale deed.
