Q: Fine for overspeeding in india under section183(1) of traffic rules
183(1)...overspeed fine first offence (70km/hr)... Rs 400 fine... Paid but police says license will be suspended for 3 months on top of it..is over speeding is an offence leading to license suspended for 3 months ?

You have already paid fine for overspeed vehicles.Rs400.in next offence you have to paid rs 1000.so your license will not be suspended for 3months.my advice is that you better take advice of lawyer on this regard.
Q: home loan settlement, what is the legal procedure?
My father has taken homeloan from HDFC by keeping house documents few years before. My father was unwell and due to huge medical bills he could not pay EMI further. Right now the outstanding amount is 5 lakhs. so bank sent firstly demand notice and then posession notice and they are saying now the case is in DRT. However bank representative came couple of months ago and they said they are ready to settle for 2 lakhs. Now i am ready to pay that amount but not sure how to initiate the process. Should i proceed via lawyear only or i can directly talk to the bank representative? How should i ensure that they will not disagree to their statement in the future? What if they take the amount and then disagree to settle down in future. what is the home loan settlement process in india ?

You should proceed through lawyer.I think that you have all documents of taking loan from bank.Your outstanding amount is Rs 500000.and your bank representative tell you to settle amount with rs 200000.you should verify the amount with your bank.According to me you should take help from lawyer to settle with bank.
Q: Can I get an SC certificate if my mother is SC and my father is General?
I belong to SC, but I don't have any SC blood relation on my father's side. However, my mother is SC, and my mother's sister's daughter is also SC. Can I obtain an SC certificate if my mother is SC and my father is General, based on these documents?

No it is not possible to get a sc certificate.your father is not a sc .your mother is sc.to get sc certificate your father have to be sc and he have to file an affadivit .this affadavit can be filled only by father.

for filling divorce case minimum fees 1000 thereafter for contest case minimum fees of lawyer could be RS 500 per date.and total expenditure would be round about RS 10000 but above noted facts can varry according to the lawyer

My divorce case ( filed by my wife) is going on. the previous date was missed by me. I am unable to attend this date too. Issue dates are falling, no hearing started yet. Is it going to create any problem? Can date be changed? My lawyer is telling that there would be no problem. Please suggest
