Procedure to correct mother's name in 10th class passing certificate

My mother is incorrect on my 10th class certificate so what i do please help me
Firstly you can file the application for correction of name before the education board and if they deny to do so then You have to file a suit for declaration to declare and make correction in the certificate before the court of civil judge in your jurisdiction

First write to school board & cc to School and then wait for reply. On school recommendations the mother's name will be changed. If it doesn't thaneed writ of Mandamus lies in high court for the aforesaid task.
