its been 3 n half years of my marriage. We had a love come arrange marriage. But after 1 month my in-laws started misbehaving with me. You have got all the legal rights to file for maintainence u/s 125 cr.p.c. file a petition for cruelty u/s 498 a. and domestic violence. also, you can apply for divorce from him. I wnt to know that if some one deposit a money in my account . The money s almost 4 lacs and money s borrowed by him before 3 years ago ,now they gona to court and says to me im not give his money Then what do i do ?
