Actully I want to get divorce from my wife. I'm not happy with her due to lack of understanding. I have 5 years old son also. I want to start my life happily. Kindly tell me the procedure to get divorce. I thought to leave the home but she threatened me to attempt suicide. What should I do in this case? I'm not sure that she will be ready for mutual divorce or not. But now I just want to go away and want to live with my love.i want to marry with her. I want to live my life peacefully and happily. I'm just scared that if I leave then she can file complaint, can attempt suicide or she can file missing report in police station.
