Notry Registerd Not Mention In Register

My father do the notrised gift deed to my step mother in 2016 , on gift deed notry registration number mention but when I check the notry register there is no entry in register , the notry authority person not give me copy of this register entry, what step I can take for this notry document ..can I submit this register entry as proof in court

Notarise gift deed is not legally valid.
Notarise gift deed not transfer title of the property.
For transferring property through gift deed it has to be registered.
Duly registered gift deed can transfer title of the property.
