Sir/ ma'am. My sister get married in year 2017, now her in-laws are harassment & domestic violence I want to file case against them so i have only the marriage card ( wedding card) and two photographs with her mother in law and sister in law. We don't hai any pic with husband so iss this enough to proof the marriage please tell
You should first file a written complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances. You can also file for DV and the documents you told is enough to proof marriage. You can file a affidavit that the photographs are with the opposite party. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
