Madam/Sir, if you are unsatisfied with your lawyer, please ask him to give a no objection in a vakalatnama and handover it to your new advocate. The procedure is simple. Always take a bill from your advocate when you pay him money. Please call if you have any questions.

You have to collect No objection from your present lawyer on vakalatnama and give the same power to someone else lawyer as per your choice. But make sure that your previous lawyer has no dues outstanding.

yes you can change the lawyer by seeking for a no objection vakalatnama from the the present lawyer, before that obtain all the documents necessary regarding your case or else the lawyer will make you go round and round and harass you to hand over its entirity.
