Is unregistered Will deed valid or not for transmission of shares

01-Mar-2023 (In Documentation Law)

Hi, My father has written an unregistered Will about 6 months before he died. It was a computer typed document having his signature with 2 Witnesses signed along. He did not get chance to get it registered due to sickness and some health issues. In the Will, he has appointed my mother as the nominee for all his assets. Now can I use that Will for Transmission of Shares on to my mother's name? Will there be any kind of objection getting arised for the same? Please advice.
