How to get back my certificates from the college

Sir/mam i'm A, Bsc final year student. i have financial problems because of this reason,i want to drop out from the college. so how to get back my certificates from college since I dont wish to continue this course . the college is denying to return my certificates, what to do now?
First I would advise you to make an attempt to meet your college management and put forth your problem and ask them to support. we have many banks and also trusts who support students.
my intention is you are in final year and why do you want all your two year efforts go waste.. A year will fetch you a degree and you can stand on your own and support others.
