College refuse to give documents back

My name is mayur . I have completed my MBA from vbmv ocollege but the refuse to give me documents back after succesfully completing exam my 2nd yr fees is paid wid scholarship bt dispute happen in 1 st yr scholarship by college and scholarship dept and now they are saying to pay full college fees to get my my original documents
Send a legal notice to college, if they don't give you the originals then file a case against the college in court. Approaching police may not help so much but you may try if police co-operates with you.
