Amendment or revision of an MoU

We have entered into a MoU with an organization, post which they have changed the name and address of the organization. How do we go about making changes to the existing MoU, an addendum!? Or a new MoU canceling the old one!?
* Here you did not mention, which kind of MoU is that.
1. You may not need a new MoU with new address.
2. Just rectification is required with existing MoU.
3. After rectification, get the MoU attested by a lawyer.

Hi, As the name and address of the organization with whom you have entered into an MOU has been changed, so taking cognizance to that effect better you cancel the MOU on mutual consultation. Post which you may proceed to enter into a fresh MOU with the organization as per the current name and address with better terms and conditions prevailing on both the parties.

MOU is enforceable against a living person or organisation.
If there is a change in the constitution of the organisation make a new MOU with the new organisation
MOU is enforceable against a living person or organisation.
