Woman remarries while divorce case is still pending in the court

My brother has married secratly a woman whose divorce case is still in court. That lady did not tell my brother she had a 12 year old child from his first husband. Now she is mentally and emotionally making pressure on my brother to continue this marriage. She is 7 year elder to my brother and had multiple affair before my brother. My brother is not ready to accept that she is wrong. What can I do to save him. So that later if she does anything against him I can save him.
आपके भाई अगर चाहे सेक्शन 11 विवाह अधिनियम के अंतर्गत एक मुकदमा दाखिल कर सकते हैं तथा उसमें यह ग्राउंड ले सकते हैं कि आपकी पत्नी ने पहली शादी को छुपाते हुए आपसे शादी की वाली थी उसके पहले पति से बच्चा है इसी ग्राउंड में कोर्ट अवैध घोषित कर देगी फिर भी विभाग का कोई औचित्य नहीं रह जाएगा

This marriage is not a valid marriage, hence this marriage is equivalent to 'No Marriage', so need not to worried about this, just go and find her earlier husband and inform about the incident took place, that will help him for taking Divorce.
