Without divorce , can i live with my partner.

I am a 26 years old unmarried girl and in love with a guy whose divorce is pending in the court from last 2.5-3 years.. it is a contested case and his wife is not ready to give him divorce as they were demanding huge sum of amount.. Now we want to live together as in live in relationship. Does this step will lend him in more trouble legally ? please give us advice.

Firstly, yes you can live but if his divorce is pending in court it might creat trouble and issue for him.
The opposite party may get some points against him and can succeed in getting more money.

Yes u can live with her as a live in partner u can make a live in relationship agreement. It is legal to live with another in live in relationship after being married also. U can also got all the rights as a wife have.. Like maintainance etc.. U can avail all the benefits of marriage after that agreement.. If u want to secure urself in future
