dowry case wapas lene ke do tarike h ek to usi court se keejiye jha apka mamla pending hai wah pr case wapas hone ke liye gawahi deni hoti h jo ek date pr sambhav nhi ho pati h dusra tarike ye h ki aap high court se apna case khatm karye ab aap dekhiye kha se jaldi case khatm ho sakta h

you can withdraw your case ,you can also filed another petition in future if required. Marriage cannot be said void on the basis of separation, it can only be nullified by the court of law, another option after the divorce .498A can be withdrawn after the divorce decree is granted to the spouses ,the condition being that before the divorce the parties should reach to a settlement where the wife agrees to withdraw the 498A charges against the husband . go for legal legal advice...

Matter in which district aur aap apna case withdrawal kar sakti Sabsey ki pahle aap apni FIR ki copy bhi bheje Agar mamala section 323 aur 325 ka hai jo bailable hai to aap fir ki saath rajinama laga kar court mi pesh kar sakti hai jissey aap ka mamala sampat ho jayega
