Will there be a problem regarding police certification in govt job?

I married in Dec 2015 and we both started living separately since March 2016 due to difference in understanding. In Oct 2017 her parents came to us asking for divorce. We did not pay much attention. After few days I received a call from womens cell SATARA (as she lives there) regarding a complaint lodge by my ex wife we went there they said we have heard your wife and want to know your side. We explained our side after that they said we should go for mutual divorce and pay Rs. 1lakh as alimony to my ex wife. We both agreed as there is not much benefit of being in a such relationship. Then we filed a mutual divorce in Nov 2017 got divorce in June 2018. At the time of divorce my ex wife was saying I will not spare you. So I asked the women's cell officer after getting divorce what allegations she can put on me? The officer said the issue has been solved now and you should not worry. I was never been arrested neither been informed regarding 498a can this affect my govt eligibility?
