Wife wants to give divorce for sill r , i dont want to give what next

WHat if I go for contesting it ? Finallly waht to knolw what assets owned by me and ancestral is covered to pay her share. What if i say to court i want to stay with me wife only
Divorce is not just for wife taking a share in property of husband. Husband has got a very right to refuse divorce. wife or husband should have a proper ground to seek divorce and required to prove that ground.

Dear Sir,
Be informed that wife is not entitled for any share either in your self acquired properties or in your ancestral properties. Your liability is limited to payment of alimony. It is good if you file petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking Restitution of Conjugal Rights and deny the payment of any alimony to her.
