Wife not letting me contact my kid

29-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
She has gone to her parents place in another city two months back because of our personal disputes. After going, immediately she filed an FIR at her local police station against me and my mother and my married sisters. Dowry, domestic violence, etc. One friend who is lawyer filed a mediation case in high court against the FIR. things are in process. I have 4 years old kid. She is neither allowing me to talk nor see my son. I am desperate to see him meet him. How can I meet him. Can I get any legal permission or authority to meet him if I go to her place? What if they don't allow me to meet him? As they have lodged an FIR against me already in their local police station.plz guide me.

This type of complicated issue if you file divorce you have to face cases that your wife may initiate against you. Further more if this happens your trip will be at stake, think twice and try some amicable remedy to overcome the situation, you can tell her for mutual divorce u/s HMA 13(b)
