My husband left me a year ago. First I filed section 9 on him. Later he filed section 13 1ia on me. In mediation center my husband claim I am cheater and liar. counsellor said mediation got failed. Now can I file impotent case on my husband?

I am 30 yr old, recently relieved from Asst manager post in a Public Sector Bank, mother of a 2 year old. Soon after my relieving in May’23, my husband manipulated me in going to my maternal home saying he is burnt out and things are very hectic at work so please give me a break for some days. One father and two mothers children division of ancestral property. First mother 2son and 2nd mother 5children(2 girls and 3 sons )

Yes you can seek your share in the Hindu Mitakshara family if you are coparcener and by birth you have share in this coparcenary property.The Hindu Mitakshara undivided family property should be undivided for at least four generations upto you and then you get share in this property but if that property was your grandfather's or grandmother's self acquired property which was inherited by your father and it became his self acquired property then you cannot ask your share in that property.The origin of this property has to be proved by you to get share in the property and show this property was part of Hindu Mitakshara family and it was undivided property for generations.
