मेरी पत्नी जिसने 4 महीने पहले छोटी-छोटी किस्तों में₹200000 का लोन निकाला मेरे मन करने पर मुझे हर रोज मरने की धमकी देती थी और उसने घर में झगड़ा करके घर में दीवार लगवा दी जिससे मेरे माता-पिता मुझसे अलग हो गए फिर वह यहीं पर नहीं रुकी हमसे झगड़ा करके और हमें मरवाने की धमकी देकर अपने घर चली गई सारे लोन वाले पैसे उसने अपने भाई को दे दिए हैं और वह वापस नहीं आना चाहती और उसके भाई यहां से 10 दिन के बाद बच्चों को लेकर चले गए और यहां पर मेरे साथ झगड़ा किया गांव वालों ने बच्चों को दिला दिए और सबसे वह बोलकर

Your mother should file eviction civil case against your wife immediately as well seek her eviction from her house under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007, simultaneously.Your wife can always file injunction order against you and your mother from evicted from the shared household under the Protection of the Women from the Domestic Violence Act 2005.Now who files these cases against other and get eviction order or injunction order all depends the capability of your lawyer.Mind you, if your wife get injunction order against you all from evicting her from shared household which is your mother's house, then you won't be able to throw her out till you get divorce from her.Also without waiting file for divorce against her on the ground of cruelty in the Family Court.

Q: Wrong single case filed by police on both sides

Family A peoples attacked Family B people at their home - but police arrested both sides and filed a single case against both families and sent them to jail , now they All are out on bail ,now Family A and B are one party and state is another party .How peoples of Family B can get justice here ? Q: Settlement of matrimonial cases mutually

There is an E mail from husband's lawyer for mutual settlement of cases against him. I also want to go for it if compensation is adequate. My query -- If I reply this email in positive. can my husband use my email in the court to stop/pause proceedings in the court as my interim maintenance case is in order stage. Q: In View Of Maintenance Under Dv And 125

In dv case interim 12000 impose and now wife also file section 125 . So my question is if in section 125 permanent maintenance for 8000 or 15000 is order then in this case husband will pay which amount As maintaince
