Wife left past 4 months not coming back

Its been 1.5 hrs of our marriage. Constantly she was having quarells with my family. Her family always used to interfere in my family matters.on 6th july 2018 she did a bug drama and went to her parents home since then no talk between her and me and my family. Her brother says we should live separately on rent and she affirmed this statement. now what to do you its been 4 months?

In this regard, i would like to advice you that first you need to think what you want? if you actually want seperation or divorce from her then you can certainly get it from the court of competent court of Jurisdiction on the grounds of cruelty, as your case seems to have good grounds for getting divorce. It is pertinent to note that the no wife can ever insist on husband to separate from his parents and if she does, then she in eyes of law has committed cruelty. Therefore, you have good chances of getting divorce. There is high chances that she will seek share in property and maintenance therefore you need to be all ready for your upcoming litigation. you can file for a case of divorce against her. if both of you want to get a divorce then it will be done by mutual consent otherwise you can file a case or cruelty against her. leaving the matrimonial house and not coming back can be termed as mental and psychological cruelty
