WIFE LEFT HOME IN JULY 2019 AND FILED CASES IN 125 AND 498A IN DECEMBER 2019,SHE IS STAYING WITH MY CHILDREN-DAUGHTER 19 YEARS AND SON-9 YEARS,I TRIED TO CONTACTED HER THROUGH PHONE,MESSAGES,PERSONAL VISIT BUT SHE DIDN'T TURN UP.WHEN I FOLLOWED UP CASE AND ASK JUDGE THROUGH MY LAWYER THAT I AM BEING HARRASED JUDGE GAVE HER LAST CHANCE TO APPEAR,THEN SHE HAS RECENTLY FILED AN AFFIDAVIT CLAIMING MY SALARY AS 20 LAKHS.WHILE DURING FILING SHE MENTIONED 30 LAKHS. AND CLAIMED HERSELF AS GETTING 20 THOUSAND FROM TUTION.SHE IS B.ED AND MSC. EARLIER LECTURER IN A COLLEGE. SHE HAS CLAIMED MONTHLY EXPENDITURE FOR MAINTENANCE AS 80000. CURRENTLY I AM JOBLESS AND STILL I AM PAYING LIC POLICIES WHERE SHE AND CHILDREN ARE THE NOMINEE. HOME LAON INSTALMENT IS 14000 PER MONTH. SHE DON'T WANT TO COME BACK. I HAVE FACEBOOK PHOTOS OF HER WHERE SHE IS IN SCHOOL FUNCTIONS AND PHOTOS OF COACHING INSTITUTE WHERE SHE WAS A FACULTY. I AND MY PARENTS WANT THAT SHE SHOULD COME BACK BUT SHE IS NOT READY AND EARLIE

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that it's good you tried to reunite your family members but your wife is not interested but you have not discussed about what your children what they want if you have proof of her earning she must have given proof of your earnings in her petition do go for a strong and detailed parawise reply for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

after citations by SC in case Ajnesh vs Neha both parties file income and assets affidavit. after filing the affidavit if any party have the evidence for That anyone file wrong information then second party file a misc petition in 340crpc. you should file you affidavit and mention all your expenditure and income.
