Wife is working in an MNC, but showing herself unemployed

My wife is working in an MNC publishing house but showing herself unemployed in court. Is there any way I can prove, or get ITR. I have her PAN number.

Dear Sir, You can enquire from the MNC office about her salary and if possible you can get her bank details and Income Rax Returns to show that she is working and independent. Thanks and Regards

yadi aap ki patni Koi job karti hai Jiska sambandh mein aap Court mein usko employee sabit nahin kar pa rahe hain jabki vah apna Bharan poshan karne mein Samarth hai Court mein aap ko proof karne ke liye MNC Publication se apni Patni ke bare mein RTI ke Madhyam se Jankari leni chahie RTI ke Madhyam Se Hi aapki Patni ki salary employee ke bare mein Sahi jankari mil payegi

if your wife is working with a multinational media house then she got her salery in her Bank account. you can trace the Bank account details with the help of her Pan Card. good y ya you can also send a application under right to information to the income tax department and asked for the income of your wife. if you require any further information please contact me
