You should immediately seek a detailed consultation from a lawyer having expertise in matrimonial cases. Share the copy of summons or notice which you have recieved and discuss with the lawyer and formulate a strategy going forward

Firstly you would require to comply with the summons and check what case she has filed against you. More over if there is an apprehension of false case against you by your wife you need to immediately file a complaint against the same to the police station or you can also file for divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

You can also file a complaint against her and put your allegations that you and your parents are not safe. And if you purchase a home for her then also there’s no guarantee that she will not file DV. And if she’s having an affair then it’s a clear ground for divorce. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Sir, First of all if you have already received the summons for DV and you are living with your parents then you first safeguard your parents. You will have to start living separately and let your parents file a suit for injunction in which they should plea that they have disowned you. Further you should contest the DV case and if there is any chances of settlement then you should talk to your wife but smartly.
