Wife Inlaws Troubling Me And Wife Dont Want To Stay With Me

I got married on 22jan17.on 12april18 my inlaws came to my delhi house,they beaten me up and motherinlaw said to get arrested me for false rape claim,i got disturbed and had allout(poison).my landlord saved me by taking to private hospital.i have not filed the case as i have 2yrs old daughter but after that my wife starts troubling me more and more .she stopped going to her parents house and torturing me while being at my house .Always saying to call police or women helpline for domestic violence .She is still staying with me but i need the divorse now and can i file the complain an year back for my inlaws.
