Wife filing false complaint of dowry and harassment

sir me and my wife are not living together for the last 10 months as she is staying with her parents not willing to come back to me, when I asked her to come back writing a letter to her and her parents this year they went to place a police complaint of harassment by my family as now I don't want to enter any meditation from any cell can  file a divorce case against her. She is post graduate , Sir is she entitled for an alimony

Sir, if you don't want to negotiate, directly file a suit for divorce against your wife. If she herself withdrew her from your companionship without sufficient reasons and is able to maintain her, the court may deny to award the maintainance or alimony as the case may be.

When you both get marry and which religion do you belongs. For this condition you don't file a divorce first otherwise you are one pay her for liability. You can file a civil petition in section 9 of hm act. After degree of this suit you can get divorce easily.

Dear client, According to law , you must attend the mediation. It is not necessary to do settlement . If you want to divorce so it's a Great opportunity in mediation for give her divorce, because in mediation two types of settlement are available one reunion and second divorce. And except some condition wife is entitle for alimony.

Yes she is entitle for alimony and you file divorce Suit against her. She is post graduate but in the present time she unable to maintain herself that's why she is entitled for alimony.
