Wife filed false DV and after a year threatening for maintenance case

My wife lived 4 month with me with myself. She filled a false DV case in which court denied to give interim maintenance, then after that she is threatening me to file a maintenance case...She already earning good salary and living with their own will ouside their home ....do i need to give maintenance. I dont have any proof she is earning, Can court ask her ITR and all..?
She is demanding money by one way or other.

She can file application for interim maintenance u/s 24 of HMA. She can file for maintenance u/s 125 of CrPc and she can file a domestic Violence case and seek maintenance u/s 23 and other provisions of the act.
One can't curtail her right to file it in any manner however with every fight you put and win it..the courts shall come to the conclusion that the conduct is in bad faith and the provisions of law are being misused.
The court can ask her for ITR, however certain discovery and production is to be done as per evidence act.
