Is Wife Doing Private Job becomes a Valid Grounds Of Rejection Of RCR case? My wife left me in Nov 2017 as she got a small private job in one school near her parental home. Now by giving the reason of her job she constantly living in her parental home since last 2.1 years and only comes to my place once in a while as per her own wish( in last 2 yrs she came 5-6 times max)...and also she had not attened most of our family programs in these 2 years and neither she did any of her responsibilities to her matrimonial house i.e. to my aged allied mother and me. So now if I file a RCR sec 9 case in the district court can she appear in court and say that due to her private job she has to live in a separate place( her parental home) and cant come to me or my family regularly? On that ground is my RCR case becomes weak and can court pass a judgement allowing her to stay apart and do her job.? Or as she agreed to not be able to live with me then court will suggest for a divorce? Plz guide.
such restitution of conjugal right case goes on for years and the provision of maintenance at ad interim also stands open if you still wish to take chances by filing cases at your wish you can either fall into deep trouble or may succeed as there are contradictory judgements too
