Wife deserted for over 3 years, I willing to divorce-legal consult

17-Feb-2025 (In Divorce Law)
I married my wife in 2021, but after a year, she left me when her health issues and some things she had been hiding got exposed. She just abandoned me, and it’s been over three years with no contact since. Now, I want to move on and file for divorce, but I’m concerned about any legal trouble she might cause, especially given how she left me to suffer while concealing the truth. What legal issues should I be prepared for?

better approach a good lawyer and send legal notice seeking for mutual divorce if she don't reply file for divorce in jurisdiction court where you are residing after marriage. once you file a case she might file for maintenance which you are bound to pay based on order of court. you can contact me for further consultation

you can very well file for divorce on the grounds of what she had hidden from you (if that factor is a material one in Law ) and on desertion. The legal trouble you might have to face is financial only .
