Wife asking for mutual divorce and Alimony

My wife gone to her house a month ago with my two kids, first they want divorce without alimony and now she is asking for 50% of my income, I m living in a rented house, my salary is 35000 only. They want me to earn 70000 - 80000 every month any how. She said if I give her money then she will let me meet my kids. I want to stay with my entire family. I tried many times to convince her to stay together. I am losing my health both mentally and physically. She is brainwashed by her parents.

If you are willing to stay with her then you should file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life. And if she's capable of maintaining herself then you need not give her any maintenance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

sir, wife cannot claim 50% of your salary in maintenance. while determining the amount of maintenance income of both the parties are calculated, expenses and liabilities are also considered. moreover, the wife cannot force you to earn more, it rather shows that she is greedy. for further queries please contact the undersigned. if the mediation has failed then also you can approach your wife to reconcile the matter and return to you. please note that you can approach the court if you want to bring your back and she is living separately from you without any reasonable ground.

if you want to live with her then filed petition for restitution of conjugal rights. if you want to take divorce but your wife is not ready then file divorce on ground of cruelty as she is harassing you mentally and ohysically. moreover, if you want to meet with kids then file custody case or visitation rights petition. If you do not wish to divorce your wife then we can file appropriate petition before court to call your wife back to you as she has without any cause and reason left your house. Unable to give luxury to wife can not be a ground for divorce. For better clarification feel free to contact. Thanks
