Dear Sir, Whenever such cases are filed normally it will referred to mediation centre where you can submit that you are ready for mutual divorce and submit your conditions. If such conditions are agreeable the mediator will draft mutual divorce and it will be sent to the Hon'ble Court.

there is no such a thing as requesting for a mutual divorce before judge. you can also engage a lawyer who will arrange for a easy divorce in the same case. it appears your wife has not asked for any maintenance are alimony.
