When rti decline to give pay slip

Mybhusband is workingbin pwd azamgadh i want to know his salary slip then i wrote an application to Rti but they decline that he is not working here i send again and again they replied he is not working here then what i have to do
first you insure that your husband working with pwd azamgarh. if you sure that your husband working in pwd then you can file an appeal to appellet adhikari of pwd azamgarh if they still not reply truly then you can appeal lucknow mukhya appeal adhikari.
