You can always take a exemption on medical grounds. And if wants a permanent solution then file a transfer petition before the HC to transfer the cases near your residence. And if your case has reached HC then the said transfer petition will be filed before the SC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can apply to the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India for a transfer of the cases and also in that u can request the same issues u have above and also try mediation there besides asking for speedy trial and in time bound manner If the opposite party does not appear and u travel u can ask for the court to impose cost in them and be paid to you

Apply for a Transfer through a Transfer Petition. The same can be achieved through a TP at the Supreme Court. Given the hardships faced, you may request for a transfer to a court where you are equipped to handle the cases.

In such a scenario a transfer petition can be filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. I'll have to look at the documents pertaining to the cases which are ongoing at the moment before providing detailed information on your possible next steps.
