You can always file for Domestic Violence against your husband and claim your monthly maintenance. The second marriage is also a criminal offence punishable under 494 IPC and is a void marriage. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

According to section 494 of Indian penal code, Whoever, having a husband or wife living, marries in any case in which such marriage is void by reason of its taking place during the life of such husband or wife, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine. So file for maintenance and also complaint of bigamy If u need free legal aid go to your nearest court for it else u can contact me
